Jeep Safari – North
An unforgettable half-day off-road adventure through hidden gems, panoramic views, and local culture.
Our off-road excursion to the northwestern part of Corfu offers stunning panoramic views, charming natural spots, and covers many of the island’s must-see locations. Designed especially for cruise ship visitors, guests staying in the western or central regions of the island, or anyone eager to explore as much as possible in a limited time—this tour ensures not a single moment is wasted.
Our private adventure begins at the Port of Corfu. Once our group of up to six is assembled, we’ll share fascinating background stories about Saint Spyridon, the Venetian influence, the island’s 4.5 million evergreen trees, and what to expect on our off-road journey.
Tour Highlights:
Crab Lake (Hidden Gem Stop)
Our first quick stop is at a secluded natural lake—rarely known even to locals—where island wildlife often comes to drink. It’s an ideal spot for peaceful photos, though wandering around is not recommended due to time and terrain.
‘The Durrells’ House
Next, we visit the picturesque home featured in The Durrells ITV series, nestled among fig and cypress trees. As we take in the lush scenery, our driver will assist you in capturing the best photo angles.
Village of Lakones & Coffee Break
We then head to Lakones for breathtaking views over Paleokastritsa’s turquoise bays. We’ll stop for a traditional Greek coffee at Eutihis Café, where you’ll be offered a local “magic liquid” known only to the villagers—an authentic moment you won’t forget.
The “Special House” & Hidden Treasure
A fun twist for families: the youngest member of our group receives the symbolic key to explore a “Special House”—a playful element that adds a sense of discovery and adventure.
Olive Groves or Panoramic Drive
We continue through the lush northwestern villages, choosing between routes that pass through towering olive trees—covering 70% of Corfu—or along scenic overlooks.
Agios Georgios Pagon & Lunch at Akrotiri Café
After some off-road driving, we reach Akrotiri Café, nestled between two beaches with a wild and rugged beauty beloved by our guests. Here, we enjoy a light lunch with local wine or Corfu Beer, before continuing our journey.
Final Stop: Cape Drastis
Our tour concludes at the spectacular Cape Drastis, known for its dramatic white cliffs and serene turquoise waters. It’s the perfect final image to take with you before we return via Sidari and the famous Canal D’Amour.
